I had the best repair experience you could ask for today. Jimmy and family are the kind of people that other businesses should emulate. Professional, friendly and most importantly they are the kind of people that treat others the way you would want to be treated. Carolina RV was booked solid for months like most RV repairs centers but still managed to squeeze us in for a drive by repair, that's the kind of service that this industry desperately needs. Bought a Class A from them and flew in from midwest. I dont know anything about Class A and gave them a list of questions on things to check out. I got an email back from Debra the sales associate with the following questions answered. I asked how was the dashboard air conditioner and was told it works good. I asked about the slide toppers and was told they are good, I asked about the awning and was told it was good. They were honest about the landing gear that it did not work a week before closing. I asked about the unit being water tight and was told to their knowledge it was. I asked about the tires and they said they were 5 yrs old and no signs of issues. I asked about the engine leaks and was told it was dry. i asked about the fridge and was told it works well. All in an email. A week before we were coming out their I heard during their inspection it had some delamination. Upon my findings by a local RV person in my town, the dash air had a leak in the line at the compressor and wasnt blowing cold air at all. I was told the slides were not sealed and the 2 slide toppers were worn out and the seams were coming apart. The 20' awning had a 8" tear in it. The fridge only gets to 5

OMG! these folks are the absolute best in the industry. Post working for one of the biggest names in the industry at a dealership as a sales consultant, I knew I would never buy from one of them. After a rigorous search, I knew I found the folks that I was going to buy my dream coach from. From the very beginning of visiting them and looking at the available options to delivery and after service, I could not have been more satisfied. Debra has been perfect before, during and after the sale. I cant say enough how good of a feeling I have after the sale. You cant say that very often these days. Give them a shout.

Had the greatest experience at Carolina RV sales! We forgot our crank for our pop up camper and owner was SO creative and used some galvanized pipe to create the notches and it worked FIRST try. All of this was done in less than 15 minutes
